Events and Recognition

Through regional, national and international award events, industry publications and an internal awards structure, we make sure our people performing at the highest levels have the opportunity to shine. Harcourts Recognition Program provides a host of opportunities to relive our victories that take place during the Harcourts quarterly awards, our end of year awards and top performer events. 

These occasions are key to the continued success of Harcourts. They ensure that our people not only recognize the skill and dedication required to rise to the top, but also the rewards that this work can bring. 
 
The events are capped off with the Annual National Conference hosted in the Palm Springs, CA. The conference is a 2 day event, held in February and open to all Harcourts members. The event features international keynote speakers and financial workshops comparing and working alongside other businesses from around the country. The event closes by celebrating the people who make up this great company, we have our black tie award dinner which is the must-attend event of the year.

Quarterly Awards: 

The Harcourts Quarterly Awards is a region wide event, celebrating the successes within the group for each quarter throughout the year. Awards are given for achievements in listings, sales turnover, property management growth & service excellence. Career achievements for total sales turnover are also awarded to Harcourts agents for career sales milestones. The event is an opportunity for the group to combine from around the state in order to gather, socialize and celebrate each others performance. The event is fundamental to growing a culture of success within the group.

 

National Conference: 

Our Harcourts Conference is a 2 day event, held in February and open to all Harcourts members, international keynote speakers and our own top performers, combined with breakout sessions, awards ceremony and networking opportunities. For recognizing and celebrating the people who make up this great company, we have our black tie award dinner which is the must-attend event of the year.

The annual Harcourts USA Conference is a fantastic opportunity to highlight both individual and company triumphs. This is an outstanding event which includes international keynote speakers and our top performers combined with networking opportunities and our annual black tie awards dinner. For recognizing and celebrating the people who make up this great company, this is the must attend event of the year. 

The USA Conference truly is a remarkable event, featuring a superb line up of international speakers - both from inside and outside the organization.
